Mission: Promote, develop and to protect the practice of social work and social workers who are members of the association through professional education, advocacy for professional issues, and the development of a professional community.

Programs: Conferences and workshops to provide education and training for each social worker on social work advancement of client care and advancement of human rights and social justice in micronesia to health and human services providers both public and private.
