Being 6 years Paleo, I can go through some coconut cream, but the bigger cans are always too much for any given recipe, except tapioca or rice puddings. I'm always trying to be creative with the leftover can otherwise it'll go bad very quickly. These smaller cans are perfect because there's zero waste when I make my raw cashew cream cheese. A .5 can for every cup of soaked cashews and I always make at least 2 cups! I'll be buying these smaller cans from now on!

The quality was great, but be aware these are small cans, not regular sized cans.

This product isn't what it was. I spent $60 on two cases and they all showed up watery. The “cream” part is hardened to the bottom. I think they're being stored in a place that has heat and humidity.Two years ago when I purchased this product is was greatcreamy and consistent.

The taste was really good - if you only want the equivalent of half a can of coconut milk, get this! It's very creamy and tasty. Otherwise, it's expensive compared with Thai coconut milk.
