Every brand and variety of canned coconut milk tastes different and has different texture. I use it mostly in coffee, about a 50:50 ratio, so taste and textures matter.\nMy first choice coconut milk is out of stock at least once a year at my local market. My second choice went out of stock, too. This is now my third choice. It's creamy but without a strong coconut flavor, which is good for coffee. It doesn't solidify in the can in cool weather as much as other brands. Good product.
