Compre este switch para alimentar unos 10 telfonos grandstream. Ha funcionado perfectamente. El equipo no hace ruido, y vale la pena adquirirlo.

Using in an office, so fanless, noiseless is a great plus. Worked perfectly out of the box. Plug and play. I'm using 12 of the 16 ports available, 3 of them using the PoE feature for surveillance cameras.

Needed a poe switch for a wireless access point. This works great for me.

Currently running 2 of the new Wifi 6 Access points from ubiquity and an in wall Hd access point also from Ubiquity and they all work totally fine no problems..the switch is doing a great job powering the AP's through P0E .Great switch for the price.

The standard wattage Poe switches keep burning out. Hopefully this one won't. Also , don't buy an off brand unit, they all have burned out and they don't honor their warranty. Update 1-25-23 switch still running great, not problems.

I use this device to control 16 security cameras. It powers the cameras and the switch performance is excellent.

We needed an unmanaged PoE switch and this fit the bill at a reasonable price.

Works as described

I've been a fan of Netgear's unmanaged switches for a long time. They're well-built, compact, and long-lasting. I have deployed some that have been in use for 10 years, which is stunning for inexpensive network gear IMO. It's good stuff. This switch is no exception. I picked up explicitly to power a Netgear Wireless Access Point WAX218PA for an easy, inexpensive solution for a small office and it's all working great. Although nice to have manageability where POE is involved, this was a simple deployment and I don't think manageability would have been worth extra money. As a bonus, the office subsequently signed up for Ring Central, so now this switch is also powering a handful of Yealink desk phones (and I look like a hero for forward thinking... I just didn't wanna run power for the AP! :) )

Installed for over a year with no issues whatsoever. Delivers power to powered lines adequately. Would recommend.

Purchased to replace a defective off brand switch that died in under 2 years. I have purchased many Netgear switches and have had great success with these.

Oh the prosafe switches... how we keep running into each other even though you're terrible. At first you seemed nice because you offered VLAN support, but as time went by.... I've become aware of your problems. Your top top top most features, VLANs, are janky at times and leaves you to be very insecure.... but when you get rebooted between settings applies, you work just fine; expect for listening on all VLANs for your management interface...I recently found you again when I was standing at best buy... I needed a PoE switch and didn't want to wait months for Unifi gear.... So I tried you... Having been recently bloodied by a battle on my desk, I was aware of your new http UI tricks vs the old Air tool... I was ready, but were you?After a few days, I again I find my self in the same spot I've been many times with you... waiting for you to reboot after changing a vlan tag... no matter what, you have to be rebooted before this works. Would unplugging/plugging in the target ethernet also work? sure does, but I'm all the way across the room... I want my setting to apply when they're applied. If you need time to apply the settings I can wait, but you trick me into thinking you're working. I review the 802.1q advance config settings and see that everything is tagged/untagged correct (and I always google tagged/untagged vlan definitions to make sure I didn't get them backwards (I didn't)) and everything appears good.......but then I remember. I have that voice in the back of my head remind me what the problem is... it's always clear as day and I can never remember it...rebootOh hey, it's working.Btw, the 8 port poe switch is powering on of my unifi ac pros without issue; I was shocked too. No over power limit. (Wish I could get stats on the PoE, but at least the ap works..)

This has the highest POE budget of any comparable switch. It's also a Netgear so you know its easy to install and use. Attachable rack mount tabs make for easy network addition. Great Product. Only minor issue(not a drawback, but good thing to note) is the gigantic external power adapter to get the large amount of power to the switch.

I needed more ethernet connection that could handle POE. This switch from Netgear fits the bill. I mounted it on the wall below my cable company provided wireless routed, hooked it up and it is providing good signal to my POE cameras and all my devices. I'm very satisfied with the product. I have not needed to use Tech Support so I can't rate that function.

Plugged it in per instructions and it worked perfectly.

Purchased this to provide power and network for our office phone system and it works great.

I have several Netgear products, including a Netgear Nighthawk 8. This switch is really good at control flow of my already fast internet speeds and is adjustable. I can prioritize ports and slow others. I do recommend this product. Works like I need it to and I'm happy with the quality.
