These shirts fit perfect, a little tighter on the arms, looser in the midsection. definitely help with hiding the dad bod.

I bought one to test the fit to see how it compared to the fit of Grunt Style shirts. Even though they are good quality shirts, they run small and don't have the same fit. They also run small.
