In terms of quality, features and function I would have like to given this a 5 Star Rating but the font in the Owner's Manual is so small that it is extremely difficult to read with 20/20 vision. The Owner's manual is a fold out about the size of a deck of playing cards with font size of about 2-3. I have to use a magnifying glasses to read. The content of the Owner's Manual is well organized and informative if you can read it.

We learned our lesson about using a cheap charger for a 12v battery for one of our tractors. Overdid it, and literally fried the battery. There's really no comparison to using a NOCO Genius. But the thing that we were most excited about was the repair feature. Because you can take a battery that's pretty much shot, old and otherwise unusable. And get it back to functioning. Save yourself some money from having to buy a new battery. We ended up ordering a couple different chargers for different uses, occasionally loan one out to a buddy that runs a used tractor sale business (to maintain the batteries). They aren't cheap, but they're worth it in the long run as a smart money investment.

I have a boat, several kayaks wired with power, and a Jeep that does not get used very much. All of them run on batteries and replacing them gets expensive. A quality maintainer charger can keep them ready to go when you are and healthy when you are not. It will save you a lot of money and nobody does it better than NOCO.

Have 2 of these NOCO Genius GENPRO's in my 16' Alumacraft tiller, a single 10a and a dual10a that are impressive and my buddy has the same. I run 3 lead acid batts and he runs 2 AGM's and a lithium and neither of us have anything bad to say. Also, you can charge different battery types on each bank on the same charger. That's versatility, and they are compact units that fit into small areas as long as there is sufficient air space around it and/or a vent nearby to keep from overheating. We both use the NOCO GCP2 15 Amp AC Port Plug to keep things neat and convenient. These are definitely a great bang for the buck, as is the NOCO GCP2 15 Amp AC Port Plug.

This charger replaced another brand of charger which was also supposed to be waterproof. It turned out the old one was not waterproof. This new NOCO charger looks good, mounted easily and is working great. If my other boat charger ever gives up I will replace it with another NOCO charger. I am not a tournament fisherman so the dual 5 amp output works well for me and does not put a lot of stress on my batteries.
