Mission: The noroton heights depot is a teen center which provides a safe, supervised, drug-free and alcohol-free environment in which high school age youth can gather and socialize. Through its own student governance and recreational inter- face with other youth organizations and the high school. The depot offers opportunities for leadership experiences and positive youth development.
