I found a wonderful recipe for meatball appetizers on a website, and the author recommended these party forks. They were perfect!! They are sturdy, easy to grasp, and perfect for meatballs (and many other appetizers, I'm sure). On another occasion I put out toothpicks with mini meatballs and found the toothpicks awkward to usethe thinness of the toothpick did not balance the thickness of the meatball, but the bamboo fork did so beautifully.

These were great for my salmon and cream cheese appetizer! They look adorable and are so cute . Well made, sturdy and a good value.
