Easy to clean. Use with care. I. Start it on a cutting board and then with the blades started into the fruit transfer over the tray, lining up the arrows and push down. I usually pull up on the core as with any of these kind of slicers. But this design is best. And more slices with the same effort. Lets ditch the candy and eat more fruit!

Slicer would slice through an apple, table knife cut through the apple better. Blades on the slicer are not sharp and also bent when using it on an apple.

As someone who has cut up a lot of apples for her daycare babies, let me tell you how much I love this thing. It takes a little force to push down on, but it is so quick and easy! It's very sturdy and has held up well to my constant use and washing. It also cuts the apple into the most pieces of the slicers I have seen. Would definitely recommend!

This slicer is really nice, and 16 slices from an apple is much nicer than 8 especially when feeding children.These types of slicers take quite a bit of abuse considering you must put a lot of pressure on their structure to push through an apple. Time will tell if it holds up, my last 8 slice cutter broke after many years of service, and I'm hoping this one lasts a few years also.The bottom plate is a bonus as it helps to cut the apple completely through and separates the slices without needing to manually pull them apart.I highly recommend this apple slicer!

I'm not sure how I've survived all of these years without this tool?! This thing is awesome!! I've had the regular 8 slicer but this being a 16 slicer and having the doo-dad on the bottom to pop the slices off of the core.perfection!!! My kids love their thin slices. Cuts pears wonderfully too!!

None of the kids can get it to cut threw all way, dull blades and never cuts apples clean off, have to push fingers threw to seperate.

This has been a huge time saver. Works nicely and I seems sturdy. I wish it came with a small brush for cleaning in between the slots. I have to use a dish brush with bristles.

The sixteen slices at once! The base unit aligns and guides the blades for a perfect cut. Do wish the base unit were a bit deeper and made of teflon for strength.

Recently got into dehydrating apples but cutting/prep time was such a hassle! This changed everything!I had to come up with my own way of doing this quickly. Do not place apple on top of base in the beginning. Center hole over apple, press until it sticks, then pound on cutting board. Before It gets to the bottom transfer to base and finish the process. Woohoooooo! Easy. Super fast. Looks beautiful. Perfect pieces.

Everyone loves PIE. So much that I find myself making four apple pies a week during apple season (Autumn) for family and friends. To get an even bake every time you want the same size apples for your filling. This device performs perfect for that. With a few hard slaps to the protective case, your apples will be cut in a quarter of the time.I will never go back to using a knife if I don't have to.

I love this thing lost my old one and ordered this one. Small slices is better to eat and so easy to use and clean. Makes it much easier to eat an apple everyday

I have had a ton of slicers and I like this one best! I already did 2 boxes of apples with it no problem. Perfect size for almost anything!
