This comes in so handy! I bought this on a whim, and have really enjoyed its usefulness rolling out dough. Especially pizza dough, as it can retract as you roll. Worth it.

For my gluten free flour recipe, I put the batter into a frying pan, cover it with parchment paper, and use the Norpro Wood Pastry/Pizza Roller to flatten out the batter. Works like a charm! The roller is the perfect size, and handles well. So glad I discovered this!

This pizza roller made it so much easier and faster when using it to roll out my pie crusts and pizza dough. Great purchase for anyone with arthritis etc. One the the best buys I ever made. Have given several to family members. They all loved it!

It makes rolling out pizza dough a breeze, much more evenly when I was trying to do it with my hands. It's just the right size to move about in the 12 pizza pan. I'm sure I'll find other uses for it as well.

I love this Norpro pastry roller!!! I bought it to press my shortbread crust into an 8x8 for a cookie crust recipe. It did the job perfectly. Now I find myself reaching for it all the time. Cut out sugar cookies during the holidays and pizza night! It is much more convenient than a traditional rolling pin and it does the same job. Small, maneuverable, easy clean up and gest the job done so fast. LOVE IT!! and the price is amazing.

I eat Keto, and most pastry and pizza recipes call for punching down, not rolling, but I find this handy for one-person Keto pizzas and pie crusts.
