Love this pastry roller. It is quick and easy to do and does the job. Glad I don't have to get my big roller out for the things I make.

I eat Keto, and most pastry and pizza recipes call for punching down, not rolling, but I find this handy for one-person Keto pizzas and pie crusts.

As a Potter, I bought this to work with clay. It's versatile with two sizes of rollers, and sturdy construction made from solid hard wood with a strong metal frame. As it works so well for clay, I have no doubt it's perfect also for its intended use, with dough!

I recently started to make lady locks. This roller makes rolling the dough to a thinner size much easier. It cleans up so easy.

This is a great roller. I always made pizza by hand, but thin crust is not so easy to get perfect. With this dough roller it all comes out uniform thickness and takes less time. Good purchase.
