For those like me that have trouble with getting shortbread out to the corners of the pan evenly; this tool is for us. I bought this tool especially for preparing shortbread. Easily rolls evenly. Keep the dough on the cold side for minimal sticking. Even when dough sticks, it is easily removed. Can always spread a little rice flour on rollers to keep dough from sticking.

Used this for making pizza. I am trying to create a perfect pizza for us at home. I like the 2 roller sizes. I use the smaller side more. My thought was to keep the outside of the pizza thicker. It works ok for this. I now bought a dough docker and will be trying the whole pie as thin crust. If the dough docker works, I may use the roller less. It is a neat tool though.
