I bought this to use for making pepperoni rolls, which it does beautifully. Could also see using it for pizzas, cookies, etc. Very impressed with the quality for the price.

Very handy and natural wood

I bought this tool to use when rolling out shortbread dough into the cookie sheet. It really helped get the dough into the corners. I have a difficult time using my hands due to a specific form of Osteoarthritis, so that was just what I needed!

My PT uses one of these in her office. I use it after a heating pad warms up my leg and then gently roll it. It moves easily and the smaller end gives me something to hold onto.

I love the maneuverability! I have very little counter space so big rolling pins have always been hard to work with. With this little roller I was able to roll out pizza dough and pie crust like a pro.

I'm so glad I purchased the Norpro Wood Pastry/Pizza Roller.I mainly got it to use making my awesome cinnamon mini bites. Which I use Grands size Buttermilk biscuits for the dough. I roll out each biscuit getting 3 minis out of one. Sure beats the big ol' granny rolling pin.So easy to clean, just wipe down with a damp cloth. Sure sometimes things get messy which I use a drop of Nellie's mild One Soap on a damp cloth and rinse with clean damp cloth.Doesn't tend to get too bad because of the naturally nonstick due to the wood used to make it.And these past turkey days I used it making pot pies instead of dragging out the ol' big one. Oh my, made things so much easier. Think I might donate my granny rolling pin, lol.You're using one hand/arm to roll your dough instead of working out both arms and hands, which that can sometimes be a real workout.I'm glad I finally got a small roller and I'm so glad I got this Pastry/Pizza Roller. There's no fatigue with the Norpro Roller because it's so easy to maneuve not sticking to everything. And it's a good quality item which is going to last a lifetime.So quit wasting your time with your big ol' granny rolling pin and get yourself a Norpro.The only down fall is you can't drape your dough onto this little roller like your big one. But I just roll my dough on a cutting mat and move my pastry any where I need it. Still not taking up the space of my granny rolling pin.
