These are so much better than the traditional long rolling pins. I use mine to make pizza and cinnamon rolls as well as tortillas. They are the best!

I frequently make pizza and pastries and this is an ingenious little tool that you never realized you need. It fits nicely in tart pans, is quick to get out while simple to use for kids, adults, and those with fine motor issues. Having my kids in the kitchen is essential for teaching them life skills and every day math, so this is perfectly sized for them, too, so I have several. Perfect gift for any cook or baker who seems to have everything.

I love to bake, and I have three different styles of rolling pins to prove it. The problem is, they're all quite long. The great benefit of this sweet thing is its maneuverability. The larger size can be used to roll out small rolls, and the smaller is a dream for rolling bread into a pan - the curved edges give you a raised barrier for anything you're spreading on top. It's so easy to use it's a pleasure. I haven't had it long, but I already know this will be something I'll reach for often. I'm already wondering how I got along without it.

Where has this product been for the past 20 years? The roller works great to roll out the dough initially using the larger end, then use the small end for the final touches. I am not one to make artisan pizza that takes days to perfect the dough. But for simple dough cooked an hour or two after making, this works great.

Item being reviewed: NORPRO Pastry/Pizza Roller 2-in-1 tool (wood roller style model ).I have been preparing cast iron pan pizzas for 6 months now. I really appreciate how much easier this makes prepping the dough once your place it in the cast iron skillet - much better for achieving an even dough thickness and spreading it around the pan ---- as opposed to using just you fingers to distribute the dough.I would recommend this NORPRO product.This tool is very affordable. Just get it....

I love this pizza/ pastry roller. It is a bit darker than I expected. From the photos it looks almost white. It's more of a natural light wood color. It's perfect for rolling pizza dough and making biscuits!

I use this tool to roll pizza dough in pan and roll out dumplings. This is the third one I've bought over the last 40 plus years. Work great and more convenient for small jobs.
