Mission: The mission of the north america outdoor institiute( naoi) is to save lives from unintentional injuries related to outdoor recreation and raise awareness about our environment through interactive safety education training programs. Most significant activities: avalanche training, snow machine safety, and wilderness medical safety and survival.
Results: We have reached more than 25,000 people since our inception in 2005.
Target demographics: Youth ages 6-18 and adults
Direct beneficiaries per year: We reach approximately 10,000 individuals per year
Geographic areas served: the Northwest United States and Alaska
