Causes: Education

Mission: North star youth court's purpose is to educate students about the legal system, mediation and substance abuse, and promote community service through participation in a youth court. It aims to reduce the recidivism rate of offenders through an immediate and direct response to juvenile crime.

Programs: North star youth court operates a juvenile diversion program in which youth are the judges, lawyers, jurors, court officers and defendants. The community donated services, goods and rent valued at $14,731 during fye 6/30/2015.
