Mission: Pre-school development designed to meet the needs of pregnant mothers and children ages 3 months to 5 years who are primarily from low-income families.

Programs: Education programs - approx. 394 students enrolled serving five west virginia counties, including brooke, hancock, ohio, marshall and wetzel. Early headstart - approx. 140 children and/or pregnant mothers. 72 children enroled in child care partnership program.
