Programs: Adult developmental disability services provided vocational, residential and other services to developmentally disabled adults.

community service block grant provides aid for weatherization, food bank, energy and housing, nutrition, medical and community organization activities to rpomote self-sufficiency of low income individuals.

coal miners' clinic provided residents in coal mining communities assistance in obtaining services for diagnosis of lung problems, treatment of lung ailments, education relating to pulmonary health maintenance, and other assistance.

three(3) programs supported nowcap's mission to help disadvantaged individuals, including community housing, housing preservation, and parents as teachers.
