Mission: Northwest Mothers Milk Bank improves the health and survival of the Northwest's most vulnerable babies.
Results: In 2020, we approved 891 milk donors, opened 3 donor milk distribution sites, dispensed 299,828 ounces of donor milk to hospitalized infants and 94,607 ounces to outpatient infants. On January 1,2021 we reached an exciting milestone of dispensing 2 million ounces of donor milk since we opened in 2013!

Programs: Milk Banking - safe collection and distribution of human donor milk. Milk Distribution Sites - eliminating the added cost of travel to or overnight shipping from the Northwest Mothers Milk Bank. Evie's Fund - community care fund established to ensure the processing fee is not a barrier for families whose infants have medical need. Expression of Care - designed to eliminate barriers for women in the state of Oregon who choose to provide breastmilk to their infant despite incarceration and separation.
