I drink tea a lot. For breakfast, after lunch, during tea-time and early evening. I use a 20oz cup.I find just four drops of this splashed into the bottom of the mug before adding the boiling water is adequate for the level of sweetness I need in my drink. If you just drink from 12oz mugs, you could use just three drops probably and get another 25 mileage. One bottle lasts a couple of months for me, so it is quite cost effective.

Love this stuff. Doesnt taste like those fake sweeteners that have an almost chemical aftertaste. Just tastes like vanilla. Its a bit thick too which I love. Would recommend!

I like using a bit of this added to plain kefir to make it taste a little better. I have used plain pure vanilla and that really works ok for me, I really don't have to have it sweet.
