I have it as my keto desert. I put about a tablespoon size portion in a tiny dish and savor it with a spoon. It does need to be stirred at first but is much better than some nut butters. I think it is too thin to spread, but you would be putting it on something with carbs anyway.

I literally dip everything in this stuff. It's not super thick but I don't mind that because I like to drizzle it on my pancakes and oatmeal. It's really like nothing I've ever bought before. Super unique and delicious! I don't understand the negative comments on here - no it's NOT like regular peanut butter but regular peanut butter is full of sugar and hydrogenated oils! really love that it's just simple clean ingredients! Great product!
