I have found that the mushrooms really help my brain function. Meaning, words that I couldn’t remember were starting to come back to me. Bought this product because my daughter doesn’t like coffee and the mushroom drinks are usually always in coffee. We like it. It is a yummy drink for the cooler evenings with no caffeine to keep you up.
