This was recommended by my physical therapist. It seems to work great for my neck when it starts feeling tight.

This is a clinical grade manual therapy device. It is very effective in self mobilizing hypomobile facet joints that a Grade 2-4 force mobilization can treat.

I'm a physical therapy student at USAHS, and we require this specific wedge tool. The wedge has some weight to it and is very sturdy. I was expecting it to be fairly smaller but it's actually perfect in size for a lot of uses. The only thing I do not like about this is the price for what it is. I guess I can't complain since I will be using it for future clinical used, but that's my 2 cents on it

I bought this product after using it with my physical therapist while recovering from a knee replacement. I use it for stretching my calf muscles and hamstrings which are really tight following surgery. It works very well and helps with plantar fasciitis as well.

This device is helping me relieve pain due to a nerve impingement in my neck. I would recommend it to anyone with a similar problem.

This wedge provides great relief from computer strain, by releasing the occipital area. It helps release the vertebrae and ribs from the scapula area down. DO NOT USE ON THE CERVICAL AREA! A great way to to self mobilize and maintain free movement.

This is one of the greatest inventions for people with spine problems like mine. I have severe arthritis and my verterbrae do not move the way they should. The wedge does the trick and somehow separates them and releases the pain.

Okay, so it's a hunk of rubber for the most part so it's durable ... and reasonably able to flex to make it comfortable. It's pretty much identical to what my Physical Therapist has which is what I was looking for. It can serve multiple purposes as per product description (and maybe even as a door stop). It weighs about 2 pounds making it reasonably light enough to maneuver but it's certainly not as light as styrofoam or something. It arrived promptly and haven't had any problems... and can now do at home some of the things that the therapist does during a PT session. Too, I've found it a helpful way to get a quick kink out between adjustments ... though I would not recommend that without consulting a doctor first!

Just one more thing in my arsenal for back adjustment at home. My friends love it and use it when they visit. I have yet to put it away. I do use the tennis balls tied in the sock for travel as this is a tad too heavy and cumbersome for an overnight bag or long trips on a plane but perfect to keep in our den. It's far superior than the tennis balls in the sock as it is heavy, so it doesn't slide around, and very well made.SO glad I found this.

This helps to align ye spin and crack it. Worked good for me. I purchased this item when I felt like my spine was out if alignment and couldn't seem to crack it. Turned out I had other health issues, but was a good start

This original product is excellent for clinic. I use it everyday for manual therapy, joint placements, measurements, etc. It's pretty expensive for good rubber, so if you don't have the money then be creative on making this product (probably not too hard to make or something similar). However if you have the extra $$, then make your life easier by getting this!

I used this at the physiotherapy office whilst recovering from tibia tendon surgery and it was marvelous for stretching the achilles tendons and the big toe tendons about 6 times a day as they tightened. Just throw it on the floor and place your bad foot on it and good foot forward and bend into a stretch. A life saver for anyone with foot or calf surgery.
