I have have had and used this roller for a while and have loved the relief it gives instantly. Tonight I had back pain in another area of my back on top of the lower back pain I suffer with normally. Since I needed to roll my lower back, I also rolled all of my back to see if it would help it also. That was 5 minutes ago and I feel wonderful with NO BACK PAIN AT ALL.

Took care of mid left back pain. Rib cage pain. Helped me with bad posture. Not easy at first but I highly recommend it.

Firm as advertised. I use it daily to reduce sore muscles and tightness. I will they sold one with knobs. Same firmness and size.

Item was delivered quicker than estimated delivery. Excellent price. My PT guy suggested I use this for my arthritic neck. Works great!<br />However, I would not use it unless directed by a PT person.

I used to work in a PT clinic and we always had a few of these, they took a lot of abuse and were incredibly durable. I like the firmness and really love using this product to roll out my muscles. I also lay with my spine along the roller and lay my arms out to the sides to open up my chest. If you're athletic and want to take care of your body I highly recommend this product!
