Love the soft 1/2 foam soft roller. After TCS surgery, wrist mobility is limited. I can achieve correct alignment and ease discomfort during pilates work.

This roller gives just the right amount of support without being painfully hard, as other rollers can be. Perfect for supine use, for opening the chest muscles and relaxing the back.

The comfort of this roller allows me to maintain positions for extended periods. My back is thankful. Using it on my mid back, I felt a pop in my right foot. Now, the range of motion in my foot is significantly improved. AMAZING.

I have scoliosis. My PT recommend this to line on to stretch out my back. The half round is best for this. Stuff but not too stiff with a slight amount of give. Lie on it with arms outstretched to open up the chest muscles and straighten a sore back. I use it fir at least five minutes and feel the stress and tightness melt away.

After buying and returning several foam rollers that were way too hard, I found this one. It's exactly like what my physical therapist has me use during appointments. It's not pillow soft, but it does have flexibility. I use it for my spine, so laying on something rock hard isn't an option.It's well made and doesn't stink.

This is a good size for smaller frame figure -I'm 5'1, using this for stretching my back. Full round roller is too big for my back when I lay on it. And this is not concrete hard (bad for spine), it's gentle for laying on it.
