A friend talked me into this as the best stretching tool on the market. It found every sore spot on my body and created additional ones. It is too hard for me.

The roller starts to go oval shaped in about a week and half of use. The quality of the foam seems fairly sub par.

We purchased the Pro-Roller from our PT Office. I like the firmer style. It soon started to geto out of round, oval. It got worse over time. I called the factroy, the number is on the product. I had to send them a picture, it was obiviously out of round, made several followup calls and finally got a replacement, shipped free, from the factory. The replacement, looks new, is out of round. We will look for a product that has better quality control.

I ordered the green marble foam roller from this merchant, but received the pink instead. I am returning it. The pink roller is very soft and not what I am looking for. I have been using a solid blue foam roller (normally, the darker the color, the firmer the roller)at my PT, and it works well for muscle soreness and spinal alignment. The pink roller I received will not work for me.
