I measured my shaved head with a tape measure and the result was 22 1/4, and that falls at the high end of S/M size according to Flexit chart, but it was still tight on my head.While (Lrg/X-Lrg) was perfect and it didn't look big on my head.Unfortunately Hat was delivered in a plastic bag. Fortunately for me, it wasn't crushed like what other reviewers had experienced.

I've worn many hats in my time, but this is one of my favorites. I like the flexibility, breathability, and comfort. It was very well made and fits so nicely. I have no complaints.
