Head band is very broad and brim area is padded for comfort. The crown is deep and fits even big heads like mine. I recommend it and would buy it again.

I wear a 7 1/4 cap and the picture is where I have to wear the snaps. If your head is a larger size than that, move along. Otherwise it's not bad if you're looking for a trucker style hat.

I'm a very average sized adult male. With a very average sized head. This hat is exactly what I wanted and expected except for it's over all size. Kind of on the big side but still great.

Only the front of the cap is higher or deeper. The rest of it fits like any other cap even a bit smaller. Most caps I wear 2 notches are showing on the adjustment in the back. This one, 3 notches...so it runs smaller. It's ok, but nothing special...
