The title says it all. I chose this brand to replace my horribly gunked up Volrath sheet pan. Within just a few months the Nordic Ware was warped badly enough I could set it n a flat countertop and 'buckle' it by pressing opposite corners. The old Volrath is very dirty but flat as a pancake, so I know what brand I'll buy next time. I was a cook for about 6 yrs out of high school and a lot of stuff the restaurants used was Volrath.

These pans are the best, although they could have been packed better, there were some scratches from the pans touching each other in the box, need some paper in between pans for better mailing. The weight is great , no bends, very strong and clean up easily.

I now have 8 of these sheet pans not including the many I've bought as gifts!!! I've been cooking and baking over 50 years and in my opinion they are the best on the market. They're very versatile. I use them for cookies but also use them to roast potatoes and chicken etc. They're a nice weight. Very sturdy and last for years! You can't go wrong with these! I highly recommend them.

I received a set of the Nordic Ware 2 pack Natural Aluminum Half sheet baking pans 7 months ago. I followed the care and use instructions and did not put in the dishwasher, bake or roast over 425F, or use any abrasives to clean them. I always use parchment when baking and/or aluminum foil when roasting. I have used both sheets exactly the same way. I don't know why one warped and the other is still flat. Any suggestions of a different brand that do not warp?I did email Nordic Ware with pictures and video of the warped sheet, but they have not responded.

I'm trying to remove all nonstick items from my cookware rotation and these pans were the perfect replacement for my old cookie sheets. I never knew an aluminum pan could be as rigid, thick, and easy to clean as these are. I've used them with parchment paper and also cooked things directly on the pan surface. The only thing that's been hard to clean off was some caramelized remnants of a roasted sweet potato (and that doesn't come off easily from anything). Im so used to owning the cheap pans that warp and pop in the first few minutes of being in the oven; these well made, sturdy, wonderful pans couldn't be further from my leftover pans from my college apartment days. If you bake at all, these pans are worth your investment. Treat yourself! It's rare you find such a high quality product on here, so don't pass these up.

Who doesn't need a good pair of baking sheets? These are very sturdy - our last pair were not nearly as strong as these. And they clean beautifully!

i got these for my niece as a gift not sure on quality after use, but they are good sizes for general all purpose baking sheets, they seem to have some weight to them which is good for even baking

Out of the bunch of sheets I've tried these are the best in every category and perform as you could only dream of. They are not just for cookies but anything you want to roast without the issue of uneven heat distribution, and they're super sturdy, and last forever.
