Ordered them twice and each time the bottom was scratched. We like the pans but will buy them separately.

I love how big these are. They are sturdy and easy to clean. I rarely have to scrub hard to get anything off which is what I was looking for!

My mom always used to say to buy quality and you'll never have to buy again. I wish I'd listened to her when it comes to baking sheets. I used to buy those cheap, coated things you see in grocery store baking aisles and replace them yearly. I bought these earlier this year and I now understand the difference.These baking sheets are thick and sturdy. They don't warp or distort in the oven. They clean up beautifully without much effort, even without a non-stick coating.I don't expect I'll ever have to buy another set of baking sheets, but if I do, I'm going right to Nordic Ware.

These were gifted to me from my daughter. The best cookie sheets I've had. Some people complained about how they looked after putting in dishwasher. It says, “ don't put in dishwasher.” I always use parchment paper and they still look great. Follow the directions (no dishwasher) and these will last for a long time.

I purchased these to replace old Rema Bakeware pans I had that had warped over the years.After using these Noridic Ware pans, I looked at the parchment paper and the bottom of the cookies, I sure enough, I could tell that the heat is definitely equally distributed! These are exactly as described -- sturdy and fantastic!

Best pans around! 2 years ago I bought the jelly roll pan and love it so much I bought the 3 piece set. I wanted 2 jelly roll pans to make my carmel corn and the 3 piece set included that size and 2 smaller ones that I'm sure I will use frequently. I highly recommend the set. They wash up nice and are well made.

Would give a five star but unfortunately our large pan came in extremely scratch. Not like just a little surface scratch. It looks and feel like someone shoved a screw driver into it. Look for a different supplier.

First off I have to say these are the strongest most durable baking pans I've ever used. You pick one up and it's hard to tell if it's a baking pan or a Knight's shield. These are so thick and durable!I've heard of nordic ware before but never thought much about it. Now that I have it I am absolutely sold. Even under a broiler there's absolutely no warping or twisting and they clean up with soapy hot water and a steel wool pad with ease. Absolutely worth the extra like $10.Don't be fooled into the nonstick baking pans out there! The nonstick chips and will absolutely come off if you scrub burnt bits off of it. Also don't give into the marketing for the pans with silicone handles. The handles get way too hot to handle without oven mitts so they're not doing anything for you.Buy these! Stainless steel is the best!

These are sturdy and well-made pans. The half sheet size makes it easy to prep sheet pan suppers using the same recipe as for a full pan, but adapting one pan for whatever food restrictions you want to abide by. I've used mine 6-7 times and they still look like new. I have not tried to make cookies or pastries on them, but they are great for grilling vegetables.
