These half sheet pans fit my cooling /grilling racks perfectly. I like their heavy weight and they aerea breeze to clean. You will never need any other kind!

I first bought two of these a few years ago. They fit side by side in my oven perfectly and worked beautifully for so many different baking and roasting recipes. And then one got lost during a move and I spent a few weeks without the set. Never again!

These are deep enough to use as jelly roll pans - maybe even as a brownies pan. Heavy enough to use as roasting pans in a hot oven without worrying about them buckling.

I I use them for more than baking. My only disapointment was that I only received one tray when the product descriptions reads 2 trays. I was charged for a set of two. Why is everything in this world so hard to accomplish. Can't people read anymore?

I love these baking sheets. DO NOT put these in the dishwasher, they will discolor them. Hand wash only! They are easy to clean and food doesn't stick to them. They are restaurant/bakery size, which I love! They match the description perfectly.

These are wonderful sheet pans. These Aluminum pans have great heating capacity. I particularly like how easy they are to clean. DO NOT PUT THEM IN THE DISHWASHER. They will loose there sheen. The bright finish of aluminum is what makes them easy to clean. After they have been through roast chicken and vegetables or the like and have black goo covering them. I just put them in the sink (1 at a time) cover them in HOT water with a little dish soap. Let them sit for 20 minutes. I am always surprised how easily all that black is rinsed off and I have my brilliant aluminum pan back. No scrubbing involved.

This is a great brownie, chewie cake or baking pan. You can use it for practically anything that fits in it to cook and the lid is nice so you don't have to take the brownies out into a separate storage to keep them fresh. Nordica Ware is the best so what can I say!? Great little pan, buy yourself one.

exactly what I was looking for. Small - read dimensions - just right for frozen items for 1 or 2 servings. Use in my Wolf steam oven which has a small box. This did not warp. It did clean up with bar keep cleaner but I'll probably line with foil when cooking certain items in the future, Great quality!
