Mission: The mission of the oaks family care center is to affirm the sanctity and quality of life by expressing the love of jesus christ through services that support and strengthen family life and values.

Programs: Mcdac: this contract provided alcohol and drug prevention services to children and teens. Also, drug and chemical assessments were administered to youth seen to be at risk and referred by the schools and courts.
