Mission: Oconee Regional Humane Society is a center dedicated to advocacy for the care of cats and dogs in need of help through an approach that benefits and improves the community and lives of animals utilizing outreach, education and services accessible to all.

Target demographics: Cats, dogs and our communities

Direct beneficiaries per year: 506 dog /cat rescues, 474 adoptions, 275 community animals spay/neuter, 18 heartworm+ dogs rescued & treated, 9,600 lbs pet food distributed in community.

Geographic areas served: Greene and Putnam counties in Georgia

Programs: Low cost Community Spay/Neuter program, Community pet food distribution program
