Arrived in perfect time as my other broke. It works and that's all that matters to me. It's not as good as the metal chain type for durability, but it doesn't tangle or bind.

Kind of hard to write much about an ID card reel; its not like they're the most exciting thing in the world. :) But I will say this reel seems well-built and a suitable replacement for one that I used for 7+ years before it broke. Am happy with the purchase.
