I have ordered four and each of them lasted about a week. Except for the last one I ordered; an internal piece holding the spring broke after ONE gentle test pull. One of them literally fell apart while I was walking around. The string also wears fast.

i loved it so much first day , its small cute , light weight , too bad it made from cheap plastic inside that broke after i was trying to see how long will it stretch , i didnt over pull i swear , it just broke :)

The carabiner part broke off on the first day, but the secondary clip looks like it'll hold indefinitely. So, it's still doing its job better than my broken lanyard.**EDIT**The secondary clip held up, but the main functional plastic part completely fell apart within 2 months of purchase.

Item broke the very first time in use. Received my item and put my keycard and office key on the ring. When pulling the cord to scan my keycard (less than 24) the belt attachment flew apart scattering the caribiner and outside half of the assembly leaving me with the cord, winding and my keys in my hand! Very poor quality materials in what was a nice looking badge holder. I would give less than 1 star if it was possible.

This is huge. I was hoping it'd be small or regular size, but it's too large, it doubles the size of the one I had before, so I just left it in the office on plain sight hoping somebody would take it...

These are not worth the money. Very cheap quality and some of the reels didn't retract completely on the 30 we bought.Also the cost of .87 is a lie because the true cost is $2.90 per carabiner. If you buy 30 like we did the shipping cost is $60.10 which is more than $50.00 more than the true cost via USPS.

2nd day the belt clip broke.Within a week the whole mechanism fell apart.Poor quality junk. Avoid and purchase this one instead (which is holding up for me just fine):B0016BVOM0

I did not have this badge holder more than 1 hour and the cord snapped. I bought it because it said heavy duty. I didn't even get to use it for work.

The cord broke within 2-3 weeks making it a complete waste of money. The chord got stuck ans when I tried to pull it out, the chord snapped in two.

When I first received the product, I added my ID badge then clipped it to my belt. The thing fell apart right away. I could piece it back together, but it wouldn't stay together.

I received this Reel a couple of weeks late, does not work very well, very cheaply made, good for a crackerjack toy maybe, Company has a 20% restocking fee and not a member of the BBB

I just ordered these and they won't ship to Alaska so I'm obviously not impressed already. I can understand certain products not being allowed through Canada but an I.D. Holder?!?!?

I could swear when I ordered this it was a set of two. Now it shows up in the mail and there is only one and the description now says sold separately. Thought I was getting one for myself and one for my wife. I have no way to prove that the description has been changed but the fact that the picture shows two items I am pretty sure I am not mistaken. Feel ripped off but it isn't worth fighting over. Never order from this vendor again, lesson learned.
