It's not a perfect badge holder. mine worked about 4 months and then broke. but it looks good on your belt and do not have anything weird like many of other badge holders. The reels work pretty smooth.

I broke it within a month, yes I am a little hard on my things. However that kind of comes with the job in my field.

I like the clip, it is very solid. I am not crazy about how low it hangs my work ID. I have to tuck it in my pocket when I walk, otherwise it swings back and forth obnoxiously.

Clip came off in the first week of use. Switched to the carabiner like part and it's doing just with constant use. I use it for holding a scan badge I use constantly at work. It's holding up so far.

Had been using this nearly daily for 6 months, then the string broke. Wished it would have lasted longer.

It is well made, but I have five thick keys, one small plastic dig key fob and a ring connector(so I can detach it quickly) and it is a little too heave for the system. If I move it will dangle a few inches or more. If I pick it up the slack will be taken up until I move quickly again. It may have listed the weight capacity on the description, but I don't have a small enough scale or have the ability to estimate the total grams of my keys. I'd love another if they made a version that's a little stronger.

This product was great while it worked, however after a few months it just fell apart. Very unfortunate.

It did break after a month, but I didn't pay that much for it. I used colorful duct tape to fix it and it's still going strong

I liked the idea of the carabiner and belt clip, but the belt clip broke the first time I tried to use it. The carabiner still works though.....

If you want to use the clip for most of times, i would not suggest to buy this product. If you use the clip, it falls down to the front. Otherwise, it's ok.

The unit does what it says, but the construction to me seems so cheap, that clipping it or attaching it via the closure hook seem like a do at your own risk thing. I use it for a gym access key, chances of this getting lost between the locker room and gym aren't that big, but I would never trust it in the outside world commuting. Really I should attach something worthless to it and try to see if it really gets lost before I make bold claims, but somehow you can tell, it's not going to stay attached for long.

Good for a few keys. Don't know how long it will last. Probably good for a badge. I wanted to give it as gifts. But, not good enough!

The small back splint fell off after a couple of days, but with the carabiner you can put it equally well anywhere you want.I anyway bought more than one as I expected that they won't be perfect.

They last for a little while but do fall apart easily.. could have a better design... already broke 1 of them not sure how much longer the 2nd one will last.. next time I am going with a full metal body

didn't really like the action and it was a little hard to clip and unclip from my belt loop. Ok but only used it until I found something liked better and then got rid of it.

lasted about 8 months before the cord snapped. other than that it worked great, great price and it looked good, if only the cord was made of a more durable material, i bought another one with a Kevlar cord so im hoping it last longer esp since it was 3x the price of this one.

...and they just keep breaking by the string, which is too flimsy :-( The problem is that there's really not a feasible alternative, since other key reels with stronger strings (ex. Kevlar) are just too big and, therefore, undiscreet. I use this in my back pants pocket, and it's barely noticeable, yet highly comfortable for me to retrieve my keys at any moment, as I always carry a bunch of them.
