I could swear when I ordered this it was a set of two. Now it shows up in the mail and there is only one and the description now says sold separately. Thought I was getting one for myself and one for my wife. I have no way to prove that the description has been changed but the fact that the picture shows two items I am pretty sure I am not mistaken. Feel ripped off but it isn't worth fighting over. Never order from this vendor again, lesson learned.

The shipping was quick and on time, and the retractable key clasp worked as I had hoped for. The attachment is a string, so I am not sure what the long term longevity is going to be of it but I would guess that it will be more than sufficient.

This is a great product. Ordered specifically for the retractable feature. I keep my parking garage proximity key on here (which needs to be swiped outside the car window) and can leave my car keys in the ignition while still being able to activate the sensor. I just pull my key on the retractor across the steering wheel and out the car window. Very durable and sleek. Would definitely recommend for the price!

These are great for ID badges, but I'm not so sure about keys. The clip fits perfectly onto the the belt loop of a pair of jeans or slacks and it seems to be well made and sturdy. I can't comment too much on the life of the retractible cord but as far as the main housing unit and the clip are concerned, the product is certainly worth 5 stars for the price.

They seem to be everything that was advertised. Only come with one picture a little deceiving. But work great so far. Will update soon.

I was using the coil badge holders provided to me where I work and they were always breaking. I use this to hold my badge, no keys or anything. I purchased 2 of these and I love them. They clip on your belt or pants so you don't have to worry about them falling off. On an average day I extend my badge out 25-50 times within an 8hr period 5 days a week. I have been using this for a month now and its holding up great. I would highly recommend these.

I bought this product for work and I was very excited to receive it finally after it was suppost to be shipped in a couple of days which almost took an entire week. I bought two for "just in case" reasons, but decided to give my wife the 2nd one. A few days later, the string broke and now I am left w a cool looking carabinger. Oh well, I am off looking for a better and stronger one now. Don't waste your money with this one. If you are really serious in looking for a sturdy item, make sure its a metal chain and not a nylon string.

Replaced my existing Baumgartens ID Reel holder as it was giving way. This one is great replacement i must say and it can handle heavy stuff (I use it with 3 Access cards).

It works fine, although it's a little heavy. However, mine broke after hitting it on the edge (when I was sitting down). Now I can't put it back together. A coworker (we bought a bunch) said the same thing happened to him.

The information given in the description of this item led me to believe that there were 10 items being sold. Only in the technical information (I checked after I got the item) did it state individual. I believe the description was intentionally misleading and am very disappointed that an organization as good as yours would accept and display something like this. I can purchase similar items for under $3.00 elsewhere and I guess that is what I will have to do.

After about 6 months, the black piece broke apart from the silver housing. I pieced it back together, but then the entire clip broke and it became unusable. The extendable wire also does not have as much tension as expected either.

This key/badge holder retracts, has a nice long cord, and has worked flawlessly for me. The carabiner has a nice strong spring closer and works quite well.

I broke my keyring similar to this one that I had for years. I purchased this one to replace it as I needed another retractable one. This one is not as sturdy as I would like and anything more than 2 keys is to heavy for it.

I used this to keep my water bottle attached to my backpack. It worked fantastically for a year, and then I filled my water bottle up, hooked it to this and accidentally dropped the bottle. The weight of the water snapped the cord off the coiling mechanis

The carabiner gate is strong enough to go mountain climbing (I think). However, the retractable reel for keys and ID Badge can just about hold my 7 keys and 6 store membership cards (the small part for the key ring. It will stay up, but doesn't have the st

I have a job where I have to slide an id card, up to 25+ a day. These were very sleek and sophicated for my position and worked really well. They lasted about 6 months, never tangled or hung up and I was sad when it finally died.

This is the second time I've purchased on of these. The first one lasted for 18 months of moderate use before the string broke.
