The smiley faces have fallen off of the two that are in use (one fell off within 30 minutes), but otherwise they serve their purpose. Since I bought them specifically because of the smiles, it's disappointing.

They looked great and sent a professional yet approachable item to your work attire. Two reels were broken (would not retract) and had to be discarded before they were used. All the others work great

Nice items but don't leave them in the heat. The glue doesn't hold up very well so the smiley's shift and are no longer centered. I guess super glue is the solution.

Okay I bought these the same time I got the pretty hart ID holder, now the clip on the back of these holders are what needs to be the hart holder. these are super cute I paid less this package of 7-count then I did at the store for 1- I.D. holder.
