Programs: Ohio Citizen Action has devoted most of its resources over the past twelve years to running -- and winning -- “good neighbor campaigns, ” which use the power of community organizing to cause major polluters to prevent pollution at their facilities. The campaigns have succeeded in winning changes far beyond what federal or state regulations would require.
