My husband's chiropractor recommended these sandals for around the house wear. He said they provide good support.We bought a pair in black almost 5 years ago. Hubby wore them everyday when he was in the house. They finally cracked so we bought this pair to replace them.We are very pleased with how long these lasted, the reasonable price and my husband says they are very comfortable.

For years, I've been searching for this sandal. Its leather has that basket weave that's reminiscent of my long-ago comfy huaraches. Many times I'd check out Okabashi's website and see them within the men's selection. Finally I decided to order a pair of men's huaraches and take a chance on its size. I placed an order for a Men's size M/L. I'm normally a women's 7 wide. Upon arrival, I tried them on and fell in love. Perfection! Why did I wait all these years? I highly recommend that Okabashi change their ad for the Torino men's sandal to reflect sales to women. I guarantee that sales of the Torino sandal will surpass sales of any other Okabashi selection. Love the over foot as it holds without the between toes strap. As a life Long dingy sailor, I love the fact that the Okabashi sandals float when they find themselves in the drink! They get repurposed to sailing when the Spirit moves me to get new after 13 years (as of this order). You should try a pair.

Painful nodules are unnecessary. No cushioning, very little arch support. Every step is painful and unstable. They were also too big. Im a 12. I ordered the 12to13, but they're actually 13 and dont fit. Hard, noisy. Pass on these if you value your knees.

These are my fourth or fifth pair over the last 10 years or so and I wear them primarily indoors. They are warm in winter and cool in summer. My feet sweat, these are the only sandals that dont stink after constant use. They are comfortable and The price is right. I have another pair of cork sole and leather uppers which are great but because my feet sweat I have to be careful to put them out in sun in between uses. I highly recommend Okabashi sandals.

A friend of mine introduced me to these way back in the 1990s, and I swear by them ever since. They're by far my favorite footwear for wearing around the house. Even if I'm laying down on the couch or on my bed, they're more comfortable than going barefoot; they feel like a subtle little foot massage! I might someday try a different color and/or top-section design, but for me Okabashi is the only way to go.

Purchased a pair of these 20 years ago and have worn them every summer and they are just now splitting at the side. Ordered my kids each a pair too. Love! Love! These sandals. Hoping the new ones are made as durable as my old pair!

I have been wearing and buying Okabashi for at least 15 years. They are THE BEST shoes for tired and achy feet. After work my feet would be aching so bad. I step into these and like magic..no pain. Seriously..no kidding. I have hundreds of shoes and NONE of them compare to these. The small nodules on each shoe are raised around the arch and lower cushions of your toes for added comfort, massage and support. Shoes are very very supportive and well made. Easy to clean.

I bought the Torino slip ons. Initial quality seems great. I wear 13s and have a wide forefoot, these fit snug. Maybe a little too snug, time will tell. If I had the option I would have ordered 13.5s because I like a looser fitting slide, but the biggest available were 13. Add more sizes for us big guys and so far, due to the quality I have seen at onset, I will buy more in the future.
