This is much nicer than I anticipated! (And also... bigger) I am really impressed with the quality and design and can't wait to use it. The weights are fully glazed and well made, and everything was packaged safely. Very happy with this purchase.

I have never brine cucumbers before, was not sure how to use this product because it did not come with instructions. My husband saw the video and helped me, but I still had questions on how to use it. I e-mailed them my questions and they responded quickly. That really helped me, and my cucumbers turned into some very nice crunchy pickles. This product is easy to use and if you have never brined cucumbers before, watched the video.

Overall it seems to be a really good crock. I have limited experience with them, so I'm not an expert. But it's solid, well-made. The water seal trough looks deep to not dry out quickly. For me, I decided if I have to re-pack whatever I ferment in there, I might as well ferment it in the end product. But if you want a water seal crock, this one really seems good.

This is a great product for making pickled vegetables. Looks great, works great! My wife is no fan of sauerkraut but loves the other pickled veggies we have made. Daikon radish pods pickled in apple cider vinegar, sugar and soy sauce was definitely a hit. The company could probably sell more of their crocks by supporting Asian pickled vegetables on their web site. Currently, only one sauerkraut recipe is available there.

This crock is a work of art. As a ceramist I appreciate the attention to detail in all aspects of production and finish. I look forward to many years of use and passing it down later to let the kids fight over it

This is very well made, I didn't expect such a nice crock, I'm still in the learning stages but this is very big I was able to keep my cucumbers whole Def exceeded my expectations

I haven't used it yet, but have no doubt this crock will do what it is designed to do. The glazing is immaculate, looks are perfect and the weights are also glazed. Everything I could ask for.

Not bad - first batch on Pickles going now - the opening is tad small ( hard to put the weight stones )but works - sadly 3L fits only 8 large Cucumbers - i think gonna get the larger one too

Works great. Used to make sauerkraut,, holds 6 heads of cabbage. Water seal keeps out unwanted bacteria. A definite keeper. Thinking of ordering a second one.

I bought this to make pickles. I fermented three heads of cauliflower for my first pickle. This crock holds three heads of cauliflower. No mold or yeast blooms. Despite what some people say about it being hard to clean I just flooded it a couple times and it was fine. I'm so happy I bought this and will be buying a second one.

I'm ready to pull the trigger on another one of these bad boys. It comes with a masher, some nice glazed weights, and the lid has plenty of reservoir space.The actual pot is really nice looking. I got the big one and I'm glad I did... there's so much room! I have it out on my counter. There's some cauliflower bubblin in there right now and it smells great in here.After this quick run, I'm filling it up with peppers for nacho slices or better, hot sauce.The pot was packaged really tight, and everything arrived perfect. I definitely recommend this crock.
