Bath Tub: Dissolve 1-3 cups in bath. (For additional therapeutic bath, add also 1 cup of aluminum-free baking soda, Azure Market Baking Soda BP008, BP009, BP010) Soak 20-30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
Foot Bath: Dissolve ½ cup in 1 gallon of warm water. Soak 20-30 minutes
