The hole/pegs all match, which is a vast improvement from other vendors which I've tried earlier and had to Frankenstein in order to install.The only problem is that I had to take a razor blade to trim the thickness in the bottom corners (both passenger and driver sides) since the rubber in these areas is molded both thicker and firmer and does not allow the lift gate to close without taking 1/2 the thickness in these areas.

Might be ok for some windows but I had to cut it in two places and remove around 3/4 from each section to make it fit. It was a nightmare. If you have aftermarket fiberglass liftgate it will be too big. Not aware of any alternative though :(
