Went to the auto parts store and they wanted $50 for this little socket. I found this one, liked the honest reviews and went for it. Just have to use a box cutter or razor blade, take off two of the 4 tabs (original only has two) and it fit nice nd tight. I have LED signals and that plug and play was great as well. I recommend.

Rewired the headlights on my TJ. The wires are plenty long enough. I used those heat-shrink wraps with the solder already inside to seal them up and went over that with regular shrink wrap.It's all plug and play after that. Easy job.

Ordered for my 1997 Jeep TJ, did require trimming off of the extra tabs to fit on flare marker light. But, once in, worked great, easy to match wiring.

Work with 97 wrangler tj. You just have to shave 2 of the lock ins off. There are 4 and you only need 2, a razer knife does the trick.

This works for a TJ. On the assembly, the white is negative and the black is positive. They way to do this is to remove two of the four tabs on the light assembly. I recommend using a solder iron to melt the two extra plastic tabs off. Once that's done, then then strip assembly wires (you'll have to cut off the negative loop) and jeep wires and twist them together. This whole thing took around 30ish minutes to do. maybe 40?
