Fits great! Hose is almost impossible to insert in the top, I used a low gun to slightly warm things up and the hose slipped in with some effort.

Product bolted right in. The inlet for the overflow tube was a bit small. Took a bit of WD-40 and twisting to get it inserted properly.Be warned, this company charges a 30 restocking fee

Exactly like the old part that I took out. All screw holes matched up. Only thing was where over flow hose goes into tank the opening was kind of small. Had to bore it out a bit with a drill.

Perfect replacement on my 1990 Jeep YJ. The old one was painted black and I couldn't see the coolant level.

As others have stated I also had to drill out the hose opening slightly. Then used a flat blade screwdriver to pry open the nozzle as I pushed in the overflow tube. I went ahead shoved it to the bottom. Seems to work fine.

Installed this in a 95 Wrangler YJ. Its very nice, but the tube opening is to small. I had to file the opening considerably, then I put a very light coating of lubricant on the hose to get it through the hole. I had to uninstall it, all the plastic filing out with water, then reinstall it.Install the hose first, then bolt it in just in case you need to file down the hose opening. I deducted a star for this, but I would recommend this product.
