I replaced the aftermarket plug on my Wrangler with this one. Seems to be better quality and has the gasket built in which I love. I recommend it and I would get this one again.

WHY WHY WHY, 99 of the time I change my own oil, and have done that for my 40 years of driving, but I take the Jeep for an oil change ONCE, and they ended up cranking the drain plug on so tight, I couldn't get it out without butchering the head on the plug -- so I replaced it -- and will change the oil myself, as long as I'm able to now. The plug fit well in my 3.6 liters Pentastar enging in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee

It fits and it works not much more to say since it's just an oil pan drain plug.

Can't see any difference and it's an identical style one piece seal/gasket unlike those that have a separate o ring.

Whoever changed the oil last in my JK torqued the bolt way over spec. Could not get it out with a wrench. The Tech I took it to told me it needed replaced and I had this to give him as a replacement. Works just fine.

This was a perfect fit on my GC. My old oil drain plug, on my most recent oil change, was slightly cracking. Luckily, I had one of these in my garage, and it fit perfectly! Plan on keeping a few of these for your GC just in case that rubber seal begins to crack over time and weather. Perfect fit!

This oil pan drain plug fit perfectly in my Jeep Compass 2008. The original plug was leaking and I assume the problem was the seal at the base of the plug. The thread was ok. The plug looks quality and the material appears to be anticorrosive.

Worked fine in my 2015 Rubicon after using Irwin Bolt-Grip to remove my original plug that the dealer apparently rounded off using an impact wrench. Been a couple months and no drips.

Product received looks nothing like the part in picture with built in gasket. This one has a separate gasket and will work but it is not as represented.

Looks like original equipment. I messed up the one that came on the vehicle by using a 12 point wrench on it. Now I only use a 6 point socket on this one and it has held up good after several oil changes.
