Bought this for an odd application. I have a 1987 Hyster forklift with the two year only Mazda VA engine, specific only to a lift truck due to the built in hydraulic pump for the hydrostatic steering. The propane carb was obsolete so I converted it to gas. This was in fact the only carb I could locate to power a 2.0 liter engine and still have a small enough base to mount on the Mazda intake. With some Dremel action I was able to make it work with a custom cut gasket. It's been on there 2 years and still does what it needs to. I will say the float gets stuck every now and then and gotta tap with a screwdriver to make it work but other than that it's ok. “Choke” on it is useless, it's more of a fast idle than anything. If it's real cold out I have to choke the snorkel by hand until it gets warmed up. Other than that all good

Easy install on 1948 Willys CJ2a. The fuel line connects with a 1/2” brake line flare fitting. Linkage hooks up easily. Jeep runs well with new carburetor The stock mechanical fuel pump does not need a regulator as it only puts out between 2-4psi.

The product was delivered quickly as represented. The carburetor fit fine without much complexity. The only real problem was that the carb required a pressure regulator upstream to keep as not to flood the old Jeep. The carburetor came labeled and marked with the warning that a regulator was required. It did not, however, specify the pressure range it needed, about 2 psi at the carb inlet. I had to search for this in the internet.
