These veganic farmers use smart growing techniques such as cover crops and alternating plant varieties to build nutrients in the soil. No pesticides, no herbicides, and no chance for contaminants to enter the food chain via the application of bio-solids or any other non-plant fertilizer. In other words, there is minimal incorporation or exploitation of animals. Plants and the nutrients they provide are the star. Veganic farming is a step beyond organic - a step toward greater purity, greater health benefits and a safer food supply.
One Degree cereals, made with sprouted brown rice, heirloom sprouted red fife, ancient maize, lentils, garbanzos and non-hybridized oats, are as pure as you can get, and they are now available through Azure.
