We had some plumbing issues and our plumber came out during a freaking crazy long rainy day. He not once got wet he was in the pouring rain the whole time. This prompted me to get a set for my hubby as he does work out in the rain and snow on our ranch which is located in Texas and we have some seriously crazy Bipolar weather.

I use this rainsuit for dog walks in the fields on heavy rain/wind days. Keeps the elements out nicely with one exception. The hood is just more or less an oval shape with no visor extension so it keeps the rain off your head but rain drives in on the forehead and face freely. Also, the good is detachable so potentially more prone to leaks. Keep in mind, neither jacket nor pants have pockets. A pain for someone like me who needs phone and tools handy virtually every time I'm out in bad weather. That said, less chance of leaks and I expect the suit will be great for rain on the motorcycle where I'm not reaching into pockets anyway. Really like the loose, comfortable, breathable, lightweight fit and very good weather protection apart from hood as noted. Other versions I've had eventually pill up like a sweater, so not a forever garment. Overall, good value for money. Recommend as a basic shell.

Old school style. Hospital paper outside. Makes sense for hunting, as the porus paper makes less abrupt noises when walking through brush compared to the smoother surfaces. And of course, light as a feather and easy to ball into a backpack for emergencies.

Frogg Toggs are great, lightweight and for me playing golf lots of freedom of movement.

I bought the Frogg Toggs All Sport rain suit as my old and trusty Goretex windbreaker had worn out. A lot of reviews said FT's DRIPORE GEN 2 middle layer was better than Goretex in the breathability department which is very important to me as a hiker, backpacker in Florida (humidity!!). I got them this past week and used them for the first time yesterday (Sunday, Jan. 15) to paddle my kayak escorting a swimmer across Tampa Bay for the annual Frogman Swim. The air temp at launch was 47 deg. Water temp was warmer but not by much. I have a sit-on-top kayak so I wore the FT suit to keep my warmer under-layers dry. With a significant wind churning up the water and making the feels like temp around 41 deg. I felt warm and dry due in large part to the FT suit. Due to our course across the bay waves were hitting me broadside with water splashing into the cockpit. The FT suit shedded the water wonderfully so I stayed dry.It also kept the wind from chilling me even tho I had poly underlayers on. I also did not sweat much as I had in the past with my older and failing Goretex suit. The FT material is stiff but I don't care as long as it keeps me warm and dry. To me, this was a great text of FT's capabilities for waterproofness and breathability and it scores high marks! I'm very happy with it and hope the suit last the decades that my Goretex suit did.

My job requires me to work outdoors rain or shine. Prior to purchasing this rain gear I hated rainy days. Now that I can comfortably stay dry and warm, rainy days are not a second thought anymore. I have, and will continue, recommend this to anyone and everyone who needs to be outside in the elements.

It does do its job but, not enough string to secure the hoodie in my opinion. The shirt collar is too thick and stiff hindering movement again in my opinion. but I did wear in the rain and stayed dried.

Easy to transport easy to put on and take off. The material is breathable and resistant enough to wear in heavy down pours. The durability is dependent on frequency of use and care.

Keeps me dry when rain comes while I'm fishing. Color doesn't matter. Like the little bag to keep it in

The fabric is very light not heavy plastic. Looks nice on, baggy to allow under garments but may run big.Have not yet worn in the rain but trusting the 100 waterproof?
