The floating part on the back is hight and the lower part has a mess so it doesn't interfere with the kayak seat It is made of several pieces so it adapts very well to movements. It has pockets and a whistle in one of them

I needed a jacket for when I would paddle. For the pricepoint, the style, and the color, you can't beat this price if you don't want to drop $100, and it is coast guard approved.

Used sizing guidefits great (large chested lady42DD). Bought for paddle boarding and canoeing.doesn't ride up, have full range of motion. More comfortable that traditional full-length PFD for paddling sports.

I'm a big girl. Normally wearing size 3x-4x and I hate life jackets. I always feel like I'm in a giant balloon that can't move or do anything. This vest did not feel that way! Complete range of motion, super comfortable. 10/10

I was searching for the right lifevest for kayaking and having trouble as I am a larger chested, fat woman. I read many reviews and let me tell you - this is an excellent product! It fit comfortably and securely. I was able to breathe freely and feel safe at the same time! All adjustments can be made from easily accessible straps while wearing the vest and it does not feel claustrophobic at all. The mesh back is perfect for kayaking and the large arm openings mean I had no chafing from rowing. I am extremely pleased with this purchase!

Jacket fits perfectly. I'm a pretty big girl and i have room to move around in this jacket and it is super comfortable. Can't wait for summer to go kayaking

love this jacket.. mobility for kayaking- great.. when the water got rough, I was able to pull into the shoulder straps for easy adjustment and safety. love it!

With some research, we found these life vests. The reviews we found had the size chart and said they was right on. I was afraid they would run small like all the ones we found in department stores. Even though it said XL adult, felt like XL children. Thats not the case with these, the size says XL-2X oversize. and they adjust from XL to over 2X. Very good buy, very comfortable, don't really know your wearing one. With the mesh back, It doesn't push it up.

Perfect for kayak fishing. High back lets me relax in my seat when I'm not paddling. Don't know how it floats with me in it, hopefully I won't find out anytime soon
